I thought I'd post some of these lovely photos, of a coffee and cocktail making class we held at the Bella Cucina store back in February. It involved some delicious lemon mascarpone crostatas with blueberries, locally made pizelles with citrus spreads and coffee, wonderfully Chemex brewed coffee. Leading the class was Matthew Ludwikowski, founder ofBrash Coffee, a local Atlanta company that sells direct trade coffee [learn more about direct trade here], easily some of the best I've had. We learned how to brew the perfect cup of coffee, how to make your very own coffee flavored liquor, and the tastiest Irish coffee ever. Sadly, our store and classes are no longer, but I loved these photos, and the memories of this class. Enjoy!
