For the love of masculine, mid century dressers [and dominos]

Part of this post is meant to showcase my latest dresser, painted in one of my go to colors, Annie Sloan's Graphite.  The other part of this post shows off my love for dominos. That's normal, right? [okay, perhaps not, but just roll with it because dominos are awesome]  This is one of the more masculine pieces I've done. It's a mid century dresser, so it has clean lines, and fantastic original brass drawer pulls. They remind me of little bow ties up against the graphite paint.  I kept things simple with light distressing and a smooth, waxed finish. Aside from being a great storage piece in a bedroom, this piece works nicely as a sideboard in a living space, or even as a bar top for an elaborate Mad Men-esque bar cocktail party.  It also makes for a perfect spot to play a rousing game of dominos. [still weird? okay fine...] Check out this dresser in my shop or on Craigslist!
